HERE COMES THE KITCHEN … AND THEN COMES THE WORKSHOPS

Covid Kitchens are a thing. Simply everyone has decided that they are going to spend the OS trip holiday fund on home reno’s. Who knew?

When we first moved in to our dreamy little valley farm, the house was good for a few ideas on home improvements. We waited until the main load of jobs was ticked off – the paddock irrigation, the 110K litre tank install, the greenhouse, the dunny of dreams, the man-shed of dreams and the gravel road beside the patches. Busy Bee Dave… he is a super wiry guy now who has lost a bit of a tiny covid belly and has put on serious muscle mass.

So when it came time to now turn our attention to the kitchen, to our dismay, so had everyone else. AND they had got there well before us. But, as fate holds these cards sometimes, the TV show THE BLOCK had a feature on kitchens. We watched it. We also noted that Kinsman Kitchens where a sponsor and holding a promotion with The Good Guys.

So, from an initial sit down with other cabinet makers who couldn’t start before Feb 2021 at the soonest, superstars Kinsmans Kitchens lovely designer, “J” Stevens, popped in to our home, drew up some plans, we signed off on them and then WHAM BAM….the cabinets will be ready for December 3rd! Crikey…..thats some seriously fast prep for Dave and a few tradies to undertake. However…it also means that our fabulous new kitchen will be able to host some exciting new workshops starting January 2021!
