REFUND POLICY
Definition of ‘service’ - Tour, event, picnic, workshop.
According to Australian Consumer Law;
We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about the services/booking you asked for.
You can choose to cancel your contract/booking and receive a refund for services if the service has a major problem. This is when the service;
1. Has a problem that would have stopped someone from purchasing the service if they had known about it.
2. Is substantially unfit for purpose and can’t be easily fixed within a reasonable time.
3. Does not meet the specific purpose you asked for or was informed that you would receive.
4. Creates an unsafe situation.
Bookings of ServiceS
Silverwood Farm/Pretty Produce/Wild Flower Forest reserves the right to accept or decline and/or refund or reject any booking of tours, picnics, events, workshops or any other bookable entity for any reason, and at any time, in its absolute discretion.
Final payment for all bookings must be made at least 14 days prior to the workshop/event, unless otherwise advised. This means that if a booking is secured within 14 days, full payment is required upon approval or acceptance of offer of the booking.
Bookings cancelled due to inclement weather or illness of farm staff will be postponed and arranged for another time that suits all parties. If no common time is agreed upon, a refund may be issued to the payee.
Please keep proof of purchase eg invoice, receipt in order for refund to be considered.
